Tomorrow (February 4th) sees the second ‘Harry Potter Book Night’ and there is a lot of excitement here at MP! It’s a night for fans new and old to celebrate the magic of our favourite fictional world with events and activities being held up and down the country.
Have decided that you want to throw a ‘Harry Potter Book Night’ party for your friends? Worried it’s too late? Don’t worry, we’ve got everything you’ll need right here on MP! Aren’t we good to you?!
Wizard Snacks
You can’t have a party without snacks and for us even thinking about ‘Harry Potter’ conjures images of the tables of the Great Hall laden with delicious food. Check out these quick and easy ‘Harry Potter’ themed party snacks.
Golden Snitch Butterbeer Cake Pops
Mrs Weasley’s Magically Easy Fudge
But if you’re feeling a little more adventurous, maybe try and make the Burrow entirely out of gingerbread? Here’s the epic recipe.
Drinks!
All your guests are going to need a nice refreshing drink to wash down all of that cake. Stick with the classics of the Wizarding World.
Make it look magical!
It’s not a ‘Harry Potter’ party if your living room doesn’t look, if you squint, a little like the Gryffindor Common Room. Here’s what we recommend.
Become a wizard!
Now you’ve decorated the place and laid out the food and drink, there’s only one thing left to do: transform yourself into a Hogwarts student. It’s a known fact that every ‘Harry Potter’ fan wants a robe, wand and house scarf from the Warner Bros Studio Tour, but they’re a little (a lot) pricey, so here’s some more budget options.
