Forget birthday presents – Zayn Malik fans have donated over $10,000 to the British Asian Trust, which the One Direction star is an official ambassador for.
The donation drive was set up by fans to celebrate Zayn’s 22nd birthday on 12 January.
The British Asian Trust raises funds to support high-impact charities working to improve education, health and livelihoods of disadvantaged people living in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
