YAAAAAS!

WTF! Camila Cabello’s demo of The Chainsmokers & Halsey’s ‘Closer’ has leaked and everyone’s totally confused!

Brain. Can’t. Handle.

Do you ever wonder what it would be like to live in a parallel universe?

What nonsense are you spouting forth, you may say?

But your world is about to be turned upside down because it turns out that Camila did INDEED record a version of The Chainsmokers and Halsey’s word-dominating, chart-stomping, brain-infecting megalith of a pop song.

You know, that one which was No.1 in the US for 12 weeks and became the first song to spend 26 weeks in the Top 5 of the Billboard Charts? Yeah, that one.

SAY WHAT!?

WHOA TO THE MAX! That is unmistakably Camila Cabello’s vocal. WTF is this all about!?

We have some theories.

Theory 1:  Camila recorded the demo before ‘Closer’ was released but ultimately wasn’t chosen as the feature artist. But that would beg the question as to why she wasn’t chosen seeing as this demo is SICK AF!

Theory 2: Camila just decided to record a demo of the song because she liked it.

Theory 3 (our fave): Camila is working with The Chainsmokers on her debut album and they recorded the demo just for fun/ or to see how her voice would blend with their beats.

Which theory do you think is right? Could a Camila/Chainsmokers collab be on the cards? Vote for the most likely theory below.
