New Swedish pop music alert: Tove Styrke premieres ‘Ego’ video

We all know Sweden is one of the many homes of amazing pop music, right? The land that brought us the likes of Icona Pop, Avicii and the almighty ABBA has striked once again and this time it’s Tove Styrke’s ‘Ego’ that we can’t get out of our heads.

The track – released March 8 in the UK – was co-written by Tove herself and “continues to push the boundaries of modern pop…through her sharp lyricism and her ability to mix mesmerising melodies and catchy pop hooks.”

Tove Styrke has already released an album named ‘Tove Styrke’ (inventive) back in 2010 and generated global excitement with last year’s ‘Borderline’ EP – if you haven’t heard it already, make sure you give it a spin on Tove’s Spotify.
