Our fave Jo-Bro Nick Jonas (Soz Joe and Kev) is no stranger to the world of the small screen. From his childhood cameos on Disney to his latest endeavor on ‘Scream Queens‘. But now he’s taking on a new role on the big ol’ cinema screen.
That’s right, Nicky boy has a new role in the film ‘Goat’, and no it has nothing to do with animals. It’s already received a ridiculous amount of praise at the Sundance film festival.
The film takes an inside look about what U.S. college fraternities are really like. The film is based on the book ‘Goat: A Memoir’ by Brad Land which is about the decision to join a fraternity in the efforts to become a ‘man’.
Speaking about the film Nick said: “The film, at its core, is really about a lot of things, but especially this idea of brotherhood and masculinity.”
This film is set to be Nick’s best role yet. It will also start an important open conversation about acceptance and challenging the idea of what masculinity is. Bravo.
