MP! Interviews: We chat to Isac Elliot about his style icons, 5SOS and his fans!

Isac Elliot is a 14 year old Finnish pop star who is basically after our hearts. He’s been number one on the Official Finnish Singles Chart for both his debut single and debut album and has been winning the hearts of teens across the world via social media. Oh, and remember when 1D’s unused song ‘Just Can’t Let Her Go’ was leaked but never ended up on any album? It’s now Isac’s song! How epic is that?!

We have a quick chat to Mr Elliot to get to know him.

Hi Isac! What inspired you to become a singer?
There are lot of reasons. I’ve always liked music and I guess my biggest inspirations to make pop music as a solo artist are Justin Bieber and Usher.

If you could tour with anyone in the world, who would it be?
Maybe 5SOS. They are cool and funny. And seem pretty down to earth.

Who are your style icons?
It changes a lot but at the moment the guys from One Direction.

What’s the best and worst thing about your career?
The best thing is of course my fans, and performing and making music. Worst thing is to wake up really early to catch a plane and travelling long distances.

What can we look forward to seeing from you?
It’s hard to know what the future will bring but I hope I am able to keep doing music and maybe also to get an opportunity to perform in new countries.

Thanks Isac! Let’s chat again soon.
