Introducing: Sabrina Carpenter – Disney’s very own country pop sweetheart

Well, howdy sweet potato! Looks like we’ve got a lovely new artist skipping our way.

Meet Sabrina Carpenter, a 15-year old American singer and actress who is simultaneously starring on Disney Channel’s series Girl Meets World and launching a music career.

Think you’ve got enough going on?

Sabrina is signed to Hollywood Records in the States, which is home to some of your faves like Demi Lovato and Zendaya. She’s definitely got a sweet and wholesome country pop vibe going on, which is totally lovable of course.

Don’t take our word for it – have a listen for yourself.

Sabrina released her debut EP in April last year but has yet to make its way properly to the UK.

Her first single ‘Can’t Blame A Girl for Trying’ is kinda cute. It is also written by Meghan Trainor, who we know is all about that bass.

This is her other single ‘The Middle of Starting Over’, which has a slightly more mature and radio-ready sound:

What do y’all think?
