Brace yourself, Frandom. This is exciting. YouTube sensation, Connor Franta popped across the pond to promote his brand new book, ‘Note To Self’ and MP! caught up with the star to discuss the ins and outs of the release.

As most of you guys already know, ‘Note To Self’ is a fantastic read. It’s doing some super important things for Gen Z and is packed with honest diary-like entries that talk about Connor’s battles with depression, social anxiety, self love and acceptable.

When we sat down with Connor, we wanted to hear about his favourite parts of the book. We were also keen to find out how on earth he managed to capture all those on-point photos that are inside it – they’re total goals. Ready?

As well as discuss ‘Note To Self’, we also challenged Connor to the ultimate Instagram Challenge. All Connor had to do was build the most ‘grammable shot ever in less than minute. Easy, right? WRONG! This video will have you loling for days…
