Ariana Grande has been teasing for what feels like months now about her new music. After a slight hiccup with her initial comeback song being shelved due to the antics of duet partner Chris Brown, the mini diva had to go back to the drawing board and find a replacement.
Thankfully she had ‘Problem’ lying around in a drawer somewhere, and it was definitely worth the wait. Ariana has officially shed her good girl image and Mariah Carey throwback vibe and swapped it for a bang up to date kiss off anthem featuring whispering and some saxophone! What we love most about the song is that it keeps the pop flavour throughout but mixes it up with Iggy Azalea’s hard edged verse, lending Ariana some extra cool points in the process. Not that she was lacking too much in that department anyway.
Ariana also performed the song for the first time at the Radio Disney Music Awards on Sunday night sporting some Mickey Mouse ears and managing to make them look effortlessly classy, which is no mean feat. Well done, Ariana!
