Speaking about finding fame, Alfie told “I’d always loved watching vlogs and loved the idea of getting to know somebody without having to meet them in person. I thought it was time I gave it a go myself.”On his earliest vlogs that left him red faced…: “My first video was what to do on a rainy day and I played Monopoly with myself. That was just embarrassing.”

When talking about this inspiration for his uploads, Mr Zoella said “Most of the time I’m in the shower or in bed and a random thought pops into my head and then I turn it into a video idea. Most don’t end up being videos as they’re so weird!”
