Our four favourite Aussie boys took to the VMAs last week, with a show stopping performance of their latest single ‘Amnesia’ and even bagged themselves a Moonman thanks to the incredible voting skills of their dedicated fans.

With Amnesia being a very deep and emotional song, the boys did it justice with their performance revealing that it was “a huge honour… We can’t wait to play on such a big stage!” The crowd went absolutely mental for them. They sported simple attire with Ashton decked all in grey tones (with a signature bandana).

Luke looked dashing in his button up shirt and leather jacket whilst Michael took ‘punk’ to a whole new level, dressed in red and black leather checkers.
Rock and Roll fashion with just a hint of man-boy. The 5SOSFAM went crazy for it.
Winning Best Lyric Video earned them a Moonman of which they looked most excited about, all down to the hard work of their twitter army; the many #vote5sos attacks carried out earned the 5SOS family a well-deserved thanks: the boys tweeting “#vmas so excited! Big loves, thank you so much if you’ve been voting like mad x”. Also nominated for Artists to Watch, the boys have certainly done well this year since the release of their self-titled album.
The VMA’s as a whole this year lacked some of the bigger names in music but nevertheless pulled it out of the bag another year running! 5SOS are now up for a rumoured 3 EMAS in Glasgow this year, so the fans better not slack those incredible voting skills.
