‘Zootropolis’ is the hottest cinema ticket in town, and we want to go again…

Zootropolis‘ has been our favourite animation of the year so far, and it’s not hard to see why. With Judy the rabbit hopping and Nick the fox trotting their way to the top of the box office… AGAIN.tumblr_o0b7253pSM1ry7whco1_500The film about a marvellous mammal metropolis jumped to the top of the UK weekend box office. It beat ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ as well as ‘The Huntsman: Winter’s War’. Since its release on March 25 it’s racked up a whooping £18.6 million in the UK box office. (But is that really a surprise?)

‘Zootropolis’ is all about a joyful, ambitious rabbit named Judy Hopps with quite the spring in her step. She arrives in ‘Zootropolis’ and joins the police force. However things get a little bit tricky because she’s the first bunny on the police force. She teams up with a scheming fox named Nick Wilde – he goes from frenemy to friend for life in this heart warming animal adventure.

‘Zootropolis’ is defo one for the history books, and we think it’s going to be a cult Disney film. Did you love it as much as we did? Let us know over on Twitter @maximumpop.
