You won’t believe the reason why Ashley Graham’s lingerie advert is banned in the US

The internet blew up in outrage after news spread that a lingerie advert featuring Ashley Graham and other models is now banned by two major US TV networks – ABC and NBC. Why? Well nobody can really see what’s wrong with the brand’s campaign.lanebryant-1

The advert, shot by plus-size clothing brand Lane Bryant, features a team of gorg models celebrating their curves and saying positive affirmations such as “This body is made for being bold, powerful and sexy.” Err, sounds pretty awesome if you ask us. We’re all about body-positivity!lanebryant

So what’s actually the problem? Well according to TMZ, the rejection of the ads is down to ‘a size issue and not nudity’ since similar commercials such as Victoria’s Secret are currently airing.

Not cool, guys. Not cool.
