We love emojis just as much as the next person but we can’t quite help feeling that it’s not very deserving of ‘Word Of The Year’ by Oxford Dictionaries. Yep, that’s right. An emoji, specifically the ‘tears of joy’ emoji is the symbol of 2015 and has become the first non-word entry to become WORD of the year. Word.
