Wiley launches official video for brand new single ‘You Know The Words’ and it’s safe to say we’re loving it!

We all love a good Wiley tune, from ‘Heatwave’ to ‘Lights On’. Now the Godfather of Grime is back with a brand spanking new single ‘You Know The Words’, ?which is released July 27th and available to pre-order right now.

The single has full on summer vibes and a mega pop hook – can somebody tell us where the nearest pool party is at? It was inspired by Sandra Richardson’s ‘I Feel A Song (In My Heart)’ – a soul hit released by Buddah Records in 1971 – as well as Cassius’s 2010 single ‘I Love U So’.

You can watch the official video for the track right now! It’s a tongue-in-cheek parody of Wiley’s infamous ‘Heatwave’ video, which stars Clarke Peters. The video is set several decades into the future, and sees Clarke playing a retired version of Wiley at a countryside mansion pool party!

We can’t stop watching the video and listening to the track – deffo a summer anthem!
