You can call all your baes through WhatsApp for FREE now, huzzah. We’ve got a lot of baes.

Recently after being bought by Facebook, the popular messaging app ‘WhatsApp’ is giving users the chance to voice call anyone around the world for FREE. WhatsApp uses an internet connection to call, rather than a cell service, meaning as long as you’re connected to Wifi you can make a call.

It is similar to other apps such as ‘Kik’, or ‘Viber’. WhatsApp is advancing quickly with new features to enhance photos and videos. The new calling feature does not let you contact any emergency services, but it claims to reach anywhere in the world. So, if your BFF takes a trip to another country, don’t fret! You’ll be able to call her without all the extra service fees.

The feature is said to be released in the next month. Happy calling!
