We can always stand to have another beautiful male pop star with a beautiful voice in our lives.
21 year-old Tyler Rix has been knocking around the music scene for a while now in various forms or other: A classically trained pianist and saxophone player, Tyler won BBC’s ‘Classical Star’ competition at the tender age of thirteen and released a number one classical album not long after.
Despite his initial success, sport came calling and young Tyler signed to West Ham football club for the next seven years. Since then he’s gone on to become an internationally successful model but pop has become his main focus again, releasing soppy love ballad ‘The Biscuit Song’ in 2012 and gathering support on YouTube with his rather excellent covers of tracks by artists such as One Direction and Emeli Sande.
Tyler is currently in the studio crafting his pop sound and on the lookout for his second record deal. We reckon he won’t stay unsigned for too long.
