The Ting Tings are back with a super catchy new tune, ‘Wrong Club’.

You’ve got to admit ‘That’s Not My Name’ was a tune and a half from the Ting Tings and it’s safe to say we’ve definitely missed them. It’s all good though, because they’re back with a new catchy little number and we just can’t get it out of our head! Written and recorded in the Ibizan hills (bit fancy), the first single to be taken from their upcoming third album is ‘Wrong Club’.

The song will be released on 28th July, and has been described as a sad, yet happy, club banger inspired by funk disco, and we totally love it!

It’s inspired by the duo’s travels through New York, Berlin and Ibiza, and after 6 months of solid writing, the band accidentally befriended Duran Duran’s Andy Taylor, where a jamming sesh pretty much turned into a full blown studio lock in. Can we ‘accidently’ befriend all of One Direction or?

The Ting Tings commented that ‘Wrong Club’ is: “a dark take on a good time.. Finding your place on the dance floor.. or shunning the stereotypes around you because they can’t see your vision regardless how wrong or right.

Well we absolutely love the new track and are so excited the Ting Tings are back. The new album is set for an Autumn release – will you be giving it a cheeky listen?!
