The Saturdays’ new album- 5 things you need to know

One of our fave girl groups, The Saturdays, have finally confirmed all the essentials we’ve been dying to hear regarding their upcoming new album.

1The set will be called ‘Living For the Weekend’ (a much better title than ‘The Chase’, in our opinion).

2‘Living For the Weekend’ will be available on October 14th- we are currently living for that weekend.

3The new album will include three songs co-written by the Saturdays themselves (“Anywhere With You”, “Don’t Let Me Dance Alone” and “Somebody Else’s Life” — the latter being their theme song from their television series, ‘Chasing The Saturdays’). There’s still no word yet on a worldwide release date, but we have our fingers crossed for friends across the pond in the US and around the world.

The LP contains their past singles ’30 Days’ ‘What About Us’ ‘Gentleman’ and a firm MP! fave, ‘Disco Love’. Other tracks that sound promising are: ‘Don’t Let Me Dance Alone’ (which is what we ask all our mates before we head out on a night on the tiles after one too many Smirnoff Ices) and ‘Lease My Love’ (we’re hoping it’s nothing to do with prostitution).

5A deluxe edition will include an extra track (“Wildlife”, also co-written by the ladies) along with a slew of remixes of “What About Us”, “Gentleman”, “Disco Love” and “Not Giving Up”.

Are you excited for ‘Living For The Weekend’?
