Tanya Burr just completely changed the way we feel about healthy eating and it’s a revelation

Being confident with your body is often super difficult, especially with the pressure we feel to look like Instagram models and Kendall Jenner.

However, it’s important to remember what we’re putting into our bodies not just how it looks on the outside. In her latest video, Tanya Burr shows us what she eats in a day and how it’s not that hard to make healthy food taste delicious.

In her very first ‘What I Eat In A Day’ video, Tanya goes through all the amazing meals and snacks she eats every day and shows us exactly how to make them! She credits the idea for the video is a new years resolution to constantly eat better and healthy to feel good all the time. Obviously, she looked adorable in the video and made us smile the whole time.

Tanya’s recipes and tips about eating healthy are super inspiring and we definitely plan on trying out all of the different foods she showed. Not to mention, they all looked yummy AF and we got hungry just watching.

  1. Breakfast: ‘Porridge Party’
    For breakfast, Tanya made her and her management team a big pot of porridge and dubbed it a ‘porridge party’. She uses almond milk instead of regular milk, and includes a buffet of toppings including blueberries, raspberries, and bananas.
  2. Lunch: Parsnip Soup
    When lunch time rolled around, Tanya ate the meal she made for dinner the night prior which was parsnip soup with onions, garlic, and butternut squash.  
  3. Snack: Apple
    As a snack before dinner time, Tanya ate an apple with some almond butter (which is a great substitute for peanut butter) and Jim asked her for one as well!
  4. Dinner: Chili
    Tanya made a delicious and nutritious chilli for dinner with onions, carrots, garlic, chick peas, beef mince, and tomatoes. Tanya made a side of rice with broccoli and also said that she will be eating this chilli for lunch the next day and maybe even for dinner another night.
