5 things we know about Selena Gomez’s ‘Revival Tour’, and 5 things we really want to see

Selena Gomez’s ‘Revival Tour’ kicks off properly next week in Las Vegas, and she’s just announced she’s bringing it to the UK in November. We are so excited we could cry.

To celebrate the start of the tour, here’s everything we know so far, as well as some things we’d love to see on the tour.

Everything we know so far

👍 The tour starts on 6th May in Las Vegas, before travelling across America. She then comes to the UK and Ireland in November. More specifically, she’s doing these dates:

3/11/2016 – Manchester Arena
4/11/2016 – The O2 Arena, London
6/11/2016 – Genting Arena, Birmingham
8/11/2016 – 3Arena, Dublin
10/11/2016 – SSE Hydro, Glasgow

👍 In the USA, the support acts are DNCE, Bea Miller and Tyler Shaw. Even Charlie Puth will be joining her for a gig in LA.

👍 The merch will include an incredible t-shirt, a ‘Revival’ underwear set and some temporary tattoos. Basically, you’ll be able to have a wardrobe revival.

👍 She’s wearing a floaty dress during one number

👍 She’ll be wearing these boots during the second act. We think they’re very Slow Down.

Things we want to see

🙏 We’d really like her to perform all of ‘Revival’. Yes, her older albums are great, but we’re still so obsessed with this one. Like, there’s nothing we would cut. Also, if she could do all the hits, that’d be great.

🙏 We’d also like a good cover. Perhaps she could do her version of ‘Rude!’ from the Live Lounge.

🙏 Strong tour looks are an absolute must. As Selena Gomez is very much a fashion girl, we’d like to see her in strong outfits. You know, ones that we could copy and look a tenth as good in.

🙏 A really good stage too would be nice. There’s nothing we dislike more than a stage without a catwalk. How else are they going to stage an emotional acoustic number half-way through?

🙏 We’d love it if she did some unexpected songs too. We’re not asking for a bonus track from one of the Selena Gomez & The Scene albums, but we’d love to hear ‘Birthday’ live. Oh, and ‘I Want You To Know’.
