How to organise a successful fan project and get noticed by your faves in just 6 steps

Fan projects are the new way to catch the attention of your faves and impress them. We’ve seen some phenomenal projects over the past year and now we’re going to help you make yours successful.Tell Me gif

1. Have a unique idea which is achievable

fan projects

There are so many projects taking place right now that you need to make yours stand from the crowd. But at the same time, you need to be able to make sure it’s achievable. Making Harry Styles the mayor of your town? Maybe not. Filling a stadium with loads of signs during ‘Little Things’? More like it.

2. Have all the info planned and confirmed

be prepared

When will this take place? Where? What equipment will you need to run it? Make sure you plan everything out in advance so you know what you’re doing.

3. Create a Twitter and blog for all the info

Twitter is a great way to keep everyone informed with what’s going on. A blog is the perfect place to store additional info that won’t fit in 140 characters and any pictures or signs your participants need to download. A hashtag is also very useful.

4. Promote, promote, promote!

Get spreading the word online! Talk to fellow fans, shout about it and get the world to know.

5. Talk to update accounts

Big update accounts have a lot of people who listen to their accounts. If you talk to them nicely and ask them to share it, there’s a good chance they’ll share it.

6. Tell us!

We love to hear about a good fan project so email us and we’ll try and work our magic to help you spread the word.

Now go out there and wow the world with your project!
