Here’s a quick update on One Direction and Justin Bieber’s album showdown

November 13th is inching closer, and the suspense is absolutely killing us. No, it is not Friday the 13th, but it is slightly crazier: One Direction’s Made in the A.M. and Justin Bieber’s Purpose are due out in just over 3 weeks.

Fandoms are competing for the top spot on the charts, although the boys themselves claim it does not matter to them. With One Direction dropping their latest music video for their newest single ‘Perfect’ and a rumored Ariana Grande x Justin Bieber collab, we cannot wait any longer for these albums.

According to Hits Daily Double, the One Direction boys currently hold the upper hand in the duel for the top spot. Their album has currently 127k pre-orders registered since the third week of September, with the full track list released as well. Justin Bieber’s album is at 35.5k pre-orders in it’s 4 days available. Justin has only done less than half of what One Direction did on their first day, but Justin’s album still holds the #1 spot on the iTunes Charts right now.

The two are neck and neck, but regardless of who is on top, we are super excited to hear all of this new music. We’re not even sure which one to listen to first!
