One Direction’s latest album ‘Four’ hits the one million mark in U.S. sales!

One Direction’s fourth album ‘Four’ officially sold its first one million copies in the United States, Billboard reports. The album currently sits at number 49 on the Billboard 200 chart, which tallies up album sales, track equivalent albums, and streaming equivalent albums. After being on the chart for over 9 months, ‘Four’ jumped from 78 to 49 this week.

Their past albums still have bigger numbers—’Up All Night’ sold 2.05 million, ‘Take Me Home’ sold 2.02 million, and ‘Midnight Memories’ sold 1.51 million—but fear not. Their Where We Are Tour last year was still the 12th highest grossing tour of all time, and they’re currently singing to sold out stadiums on their On The Road Again Tour.

Plus, we know album number five is set to come out later this year, and it’ll be at the top of all our Christmas wish lists.

Speaking of which, have you how many records ‘Drag Me Down‘ has smashed already?
