POP BITS. Directioners around the world can breathe a sigh of relief. After that song with Harry Styles surfaced online, the whole world went into a frenzy (ok, maybe it was just us). The thoughts of a Styles-less 1D made us sick to the stomach. Who would they get to replace him? George Shelley? Conor Maynard? Jade Ewen?
Earlier today a spokesperson for the flawless haired band announced that Harry Styles isn’t going solo and the future of One Direction is safe. ‘Don’t Let Me Go’ was in fact a demo recorded by Hazza with the intention of putting it on their second album. That means that the song is over a year and a half old. The record label felt the song didn’t fit with their ‘Take Me Home’ album and so it was dropped. All we can do is thank whoever released it on the interweb as we may have never heard it, if it wasn’t for him.
Now that it’s been confirmed that Harry, Niall, Zayn, Louis and Liam are continuing in the “One Direction” we can stop wearing black and praying to Lady Gaga to save the boy band. POP BITS OUT.
