It’s Sunday! This week’s Official Charts round-up. Ke$ha, Little Mix, Fuse ODG.

Jameela Jamil and the record-buying public have spoken. The first official number 1 single of 2014 is Pitbull and Ke$ha’s ‘Timber’, which we featured way back in October.

Pitbull and Ke$ha both now have three UK number 1 singles each! ‘Timber’ knocks Pharrell’s “Despicable Me 2” soundtrack song down to number 2. Bet he’s not so ‘Happy’ now… (see what we did there?)

Pitbull and Ke$ha aren’t the only new entries on the chart this week. Fuse ODG (us neither) makes his return with ‘Million Pound Girl (Badder Than Bad)’ charting at number 14. Matrix & Futurebound today received their highest charting single with ‘Control’, which features Max Marshall at number 18.

X Factor winner Sam Bailey drops to number 7 with her charity single ‘Skyscraper’ this week while previous winners Little Mix fail to make the top 10 with their new hit(?) ‘Little Me’ only reaching number 20 in the singles chart.

New releases:
Backstreet Boys – ‘Show ‘Em (What You’re Made Of)’
Beyonce Feat. Jay-Z – ‘Drunk In Love’
The Killers – ‘Just Another Girl’
The Vamps Feat. Pixie Lott – ‘Wild Heart’
