SHE DOESN’T EVEN GO HERE! Noodlerella talks 4th of July pool parties and being fetch

Our fabulous Disney-fangirl and YouTube sensation, 22-year-old Connie Glynn a.k.a Noodlerella, is back! And this week she celebrates US Independence Day in style and indulges in her love for ‘Mean Girls’. Enjoy!

Hey everyone, it’s Connie aka Noodlerella here again! Can’t believe it’s already my fourth week writing here!!

I’m currently on a plane back to England (so sad)!! After VidCon I spent a week in LA with another YouTuber, Stephanie Michelle and I’ve decided I HAVE TO LIVE IN LA…!!!!!! Seriously though, it is a very cool city!!

One of the first things I wanted to do was try the famous ‘PINK DRINK’ from Starbucks. It’s a Strawberry Acai refresher with coconut milk and fresh strawberries. It was created by the online fashion queen Nikki Lipstick and became so popular that it’s become a bit of a cult phenomenon in California, so if you get a chance DEFINTELY try one. They’re amazing!!

The famous PINK DRINK

One thing I absolutely loved about L.A. is how friendly and creative everyone was. All the people I met were so inspired and happy and I’m hoping to take some of that positivity with me back to England!! I’m also huge film fan and one of my all-time fav films is ‘Mean Girls’ so I HAD to get a photo with the ‘Mean Girls’ poster. It was SO fetch.

There’s a lot of amazing art around the streets of L.A. and Colette Kelner has some awesome street art hidden about in the city and I was lucky enough to get to take a very angelic photo in front of some gorgeous angel wings she painted!!

Flying back to my home planet!!!!

My last day in L.A. was the famous holiday the 4th of July aka Independence Day. I felt like a total fraud celebrating as an English person but hilariously, a lot of the people I met in full patriotic gear were also English. We went to a pool party at one of Stephanie’s friend’s houses and then in the evening we hiked up to the Griffith Observatory to watch all the fireworks over the city… IT WAS SO HIGH OMG I WAS NOT PREPARED FOR HOW HIGH IT WOULD BE!!! I was completely out of breath when we reached the top but it was totally worth it. If you want to see the fireworks, I’ll have video of them up on my vlogging channel next week.

Now I’m gonna try and get some sleep on this plane!! Hope you’ve all had a lovely week and I’ll see you next Thursday for a Japanese Pop concert :o

See you all soon!! Bye!!!

Thanks Noodle! Looking forward to hearing about that Japanese pop concert. Tweet us @maximumpop if you’re loving Noodlerella’s adventures and remember to check back next Thursday for the next installment.
