Age: 14

What did you like? This was an amazing book, from start to finish. I’m pretty sure like me, a lot of teen girls could relate to Allie some way or another! The story was so enticing and there never was a dull moment, and the plot had me on edge the whole time. I could barely put it down!

What didn’t you like? It’s common in a lot of books these days: The plot isn’t original. While I was reading, the whole time it kept reminding me of other books I’ve read, but it’s always going to be like that. Although, Daughtery really managed to work with it and it’s a really good book.

Recommend to a friend? It was a pretty good read, although I don’t think I’d recommend it to my friends.

Age: 16

What did you like? The way C.J. Daugherty interlinks Allie’s love life and personal struggles into the fight for justice keeps the story interesting and full of suspense!

What didn’t you like? There’s nothing I didn’t like about the story. I thought it was the just the right length and the story was exciting! Only problem is, I’ll be spending money on the other books now:)

Recommend to a friend? I would highly recommend Night School Fracture . Typically, I don’t read this style of book but I couldn’t put it down! You don’t have to read the previous books to understand the story either! Hopefully, you’ll enjoy it as much as I did!

What did you like? I’m an avid reader of the Night School series, I had been greatly anticipating Fracture’s release and it did not disappoint. Night School: Fracture was everything I had expected and more. This book is a very rare book, because it is neither predictable nor typical. It is so difficult to find a well written book that doesn’t contain any of the obvious cliches. And may I stress this book is not a paranormal book (there’s no sparkly vampires or witches that steal little children!) It’s a book full of enthusiastic, mysterious and hilarious characters, that make the book so much more enjoyable.

What didn’t you like? Although this book is extremely well written and will have you on the edge of your seat, this book is still part of a series. I would highly recommend reading the first two books before you read this one. It’s well worth the time it would take and you’ll have a series that you can re-read many times.

Recommend to a friend? I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a book/series to get absolutely addicted to.

Age: 16

What did you like? I loved the fact that this book was very easy to get into and once I’d started I was completely absorbed. I loved Allie as a character, as a reader you could really sympathise with some of the frustrations and emotions she was going through. I felt that the air of mystery that was woven within the plot made the story gripping and left you reluctant to put the book down!

What didn’t you like? Overall I thought that this book was very good, however the ending does leave you wanting much more and that was a little bit frustrating.

Recommend to a friend? I would definitely recommend this book to a friend.

Name: Sue Jackson

Age: 33

What did you like? I like that it didn’t fit the generic teen girl format. By the name and cover I was expecting some kind of vampire spinoff; it was refreshing to find out it was a new format. I thought the characters were strong and flawed. (Can’t stand a perfect heroine!)

What didn’t you like? I wasn’t aware it was a sequel so it took some time to acquaint myself with the characters. I also thought the love triangle was a bit obvious and generic.

Recommend to a friend? Yes, if previous book has been read. It’s quite an engaging read overall. :)

Name: Rahima Aziz

Age: 13

What did you like? Loved when Nathaniel kidnapped Rachel and asked for a trade, then Allie and her gang went all ninja on him and got Rachel back .

What didn’t you like? Didn’t like that Carter was with Jules but it adds such a twist to the Allie-Carter love story.

Recommend to a friend? I already recommended it to three of my friends who have already almost finished reading it .
