Tens of thousands of you voted across the last six rounds, and now the winners will compete to be crowned the best popstar in Europe. Here are the competitors:

🇨🇭 Switzerland: Luca Hänni

Switzerland’s Luca Hänni fought of fierce competition in the first round of competition, managing to beat off competition from Romania, France and Albania. We’re big fans of Luca’s acoustic-pop song ‘Wonderful’, with it’s futuristic video. Think Shawn Mendes-meets-Tim Peake and you’re there.

🇬🇧 England: Little Mix

Did any other act really stand a chance in the second round? Yes, England’s premier girl group Little Mix triumphed against Wales, Russia and Slovakia. We’re still totally obsessed with the Hair video, and dare we say it, we think we might prefer the Sean Paul version now.

🇬🇧 Northern Ireland: Leah McFall

Northern Ireland’s Leah McFall managed to beat stiff competition from Germany, Poland and Ukraine. The quirky singer was a competitor on The Voice UK, before starting work on her debut album. Her song ‘No Ordinary Love’ is particularly amazing, with it’s sparse production and amazing vocals.

🇹🇷 Tukey: Hadise

The fourth round of competition was won by Turkish pop princess Hadise, who narrowly won against Spain, Croatia and the Czech Republic. She’s not only a singer, but she’s a TV presenter and talent show judge. She’s also the only act in the final who sings songs not in English.

🇮🇪 Ireland: HomeTown

The biggest landslide of the competition came in the fifth round, with Irish boyband beating Italy, Belgium and Sweden with a huge 95% of the vote. It’s hard not to see why too: their music is amazing. Also, the band, who are managed by Louis Walsh, have already toured with Olly Murs. What’s not to like?

🇦🇹 Austria: Conchita Wurst

And last, but by no means least, the Queen of Eurovision Conchita Wurst triumphed over Iceland, Portugal and Hungary in the final round of the competition. After charming Europe with the dramatic ballad ‘Rise Like A Phoenix’, Conchita has gone on to become world famous, and has released an incredible album.
