Festival season was AMAZING but it’s not just the stage clashes and getting to the front you need to worry about, what are you going to do with your phone?
It’s no surprise to most of us that the battery life on our smartphones is…well…absolutely naff. You take a couple of videos of your favourite band playing, post a photo to Twitter and you’re down to 40%, curse you technology.
Have a look at these handy stats below our pals over at Motorola compiled about our smartphone habits.
Sounds like you and your friends right?
FEAR NOT! This summer we’ve been testing out the Moto G handset, we’ve taken it to V Festival & Fusion to see just how long the battery lasts and what we thought of it.
So what’s the verdict? Do I need a loan to get one?
You definitely need one, but you won’t need a loan. In fact these are one of the most reasonable smartphones out there with an rrp of £135, that’s not exactly going to break your bank for a phone that honestly lasts the whole day.
What’s the quality like? Does it feel cheap?
Not at all, this phone might have a little price but it packs a loads of gadgets in there! There’s a 4.5″ HD screen and a 5 megapixel camera giving you some decent images for your moolah. Motorola have also devised fancy interchangeable back covers for the phone, change it depending on your mood or outfit. Plus they’re a nice quality, meaning it’s not that horrible material that gets stuck in your pocket, ain’t nobody got time for that.
8/10 – If you’re someone who’s always out and about but needs a smartphone to keep in the loop with emails, social networks and taking the odd photo, you should seriously consider getting this phone. When we were told about the impressive battery life, we kind of shrugged it off a bit – it will last all day, if you’re a light user and only using it for the odd phone call – you only have to charge it every other day.
