Stop what you’re doing, Disney has just released the first trailer for ‘Moana’

The new Disney movie ‘Moana’ has been in the works for a while now and, whilst we’d seen some images of the characters, and even been told about the casting, we’d been waiting a little impatiently for an actual teaser. Considering the film is out this November, we had to assume it wouldn’t be far away, though. Turns out we were right, because the first ever trailer has just been released and, tbh, we weren’t ready!

Moana‘ follows the story of Princess Moana Waialiki (voiced by 14-year-old Auli?i Cravalho), a born navigator, on her voyage to find a fabled island in ancient Oceania in the South Pacific. On her travels, she teams up with demi-god Maui (Dwanye Johnson) to become actual squad goals. There also appears to be a pig, but we don’t yet know his name — he looks super cute, though.

It looks so good, right? The bit at the beginning with Maui kind of gives us ‘Hercules’ vibes, which was an equally kickass Disney animation. We cannot wait.
