Meghan Trainor, who has recently opened up about her previous insecurities, has now opened up about how her fans have helped her overcome them and carry on.
Meghan has said that she finds it “amazing” when her fans write to her and tell her how she has them overcome insecurities.
Speaking to CBS, the ‘NO’ singer admitted that hearing from fans saying that her music has had a positive effect on them is inspiring and helps her to keep making music.
“I get messages all the time: ‘I hated myself, I didn’t wanna go to school. I was so uncomfortable, and now I love myself. And I was in a really dark place until your song came out,’ and I was like, ‘Whoa, man, we gotta do more of these songs!’,” she said.
We’re definitely looking forward to hearing more inspiring M-Train songs on her second album ‘Thank You’ when it comes out in May.
