Chart Round-Up: Meghan Trainor scores yet another week at the Number 1 spot.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, Meghan Trainor has scored the UK’s Official Number 1 yet again. This is the fourth week in a row for the booty shaking ‘All About That Bass’ star which ties it with Clean Bandit’s ‘Rather Be’ as one of the longest- running chart toppers of the year.

You’re still loving it on Spotify and the likes too because it’s been streamed over 1.4 millions times this week. Christ, that’s a lot of being about the bass.

No, not THAT kind of bass *giggles*.

Meanwhile further down the charts our cutie ginger lad Ed Sheeran climbs two places to the Number 2 spot with ‘Thinking Out Loud’. This is the 18th week it’s been in the charts – seems like only yesterday we were waltzing along in the kitchen.

Waze & Odyssey’s remix of R Kelly’s ‘Bump & Grind’ is the highest new entry in the charts today at Number 3.

Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj’s ‘Bang Bang’ is still clinging on to the Number 4 spot. Completing the Top 5 is the beautiful Taylor Swift, ahead of her album release for ‘1989’ tomorrow you’re still shaking it all off to you guessed it ‘Shake It Off’.

That’s your chart chunk of news for this week, who do you think will be in the Number 1 spot next week?
