Marvel movies you NEED to watch in 2016

Calling all Marvel fans. 2015 was a HUGE year for Marvel movies with the release of Ant-Man, Avengers: Age of Ultron and Fantastic Four and 2016 is looking to be another hell of a year.


We’ve got the released and upcoming Marvel movies that you all NEED to go watch/get excited over.



IT’S ALREADY OUT! Watch, watch, watch this masterpiece of a film. We don’t know how anybody could hate this movie to be honest. From the one-liners to breaking that fourth wall, this Marvel film is a must-see and will leave you in stitches. Ryan Reynolds is king. Go to the cinemas right now and bask in the gloriousness that is Deadpool.



Seriously, if you aren’t fingerling already, then prepare yourself. The third instalment in that Captain America franchise is coming soon and we’re so ready. With appearances from Iron Man, Black Widow, Spider-Man, Ant-Man, the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Vision and heaps more, why wouldn’t you go see this? It’s going to be EPIC! Civil War is released May 6th in the U.S.



Oh my gosh, this looks so good. X-Men:Apocalypse is the sequel to 2014’s X-Men: Days of Future Past and the ninth installment in the X-Men film series. The ancient god, Apocalypse, awakens from his slumber and begins his quest to end all humanity. Raven and Charles Xavier lead the young X-Men to face off against the almighty Apocalypse. We cannot wait for this! It’s set to be released in North America on May 26th.



Here’s what we know. Benedict Cumberbatch plays Doctor Strange, the world’s top neurosurgeon, who injured in a car accident that ruins his career. He sets out on a journey of healing where he encounters the Ancient One, who later becomes Strange’s mentor in the mystic arts. It’s set to be released in IMAX on November 4th, yes it’s a while away but it’ll be so worth it.
