After the smash success of the heartbreaking ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ and with a movie adaptation of ‘Paper Towns’ in the works, it’s time for another John Green novel to be celebrated… and it’s ‘Looking For Alaska”s turn.
‘Looking For Alaska’, which was John Green’s first novel, turns ten years old in 2015 and to celebrate, Mr Green is giving us some very special extras.
The hardcover 10th anniversary edition of the book has a new cover jacket designed by renowned book cover designer (yes, that’s a thing) Rodrigo Corral and includes a whopping FIFTY pages of additional content which includes an introduction by John Green, an extensive Q&A with the author section, deleted excerpts from the original manuscript of the book and an updated backmatter. We’re not sure what a backmatter is either but whatever it is, it sounds ruddy wonderful!
As well as this amazing special edition of the book, you can also share your thoughts on John Green’s debut masterpiece on the official Looking For Alaska 10 website.
