It feels like we’ve been waiting for the new Little Mix album forever, right? (It’s been 562 days since their last album ‘Salute’ was released in the UK, FYI.) But it seems like they’re ALMOST ready to unleash the disc of mystery that is #LM3 and we have rounded up the five most important things that you need to know about the album and listed them for you below. Grab the popcorn, this is gonna be one exciting read.
Now, we don’t mean to get all ‘cheeky nandos #ladsladslads’ on you but the girls have been speaking to The Sun and Jade promises more mega bantz on LM’s new songs. “‘Salute’ was very R&B and dark, this album is more fun. And there’s a lot of banter on it.”
If your name is Jessica or any of it’s variations and you have the ability to sing and write music then it’s probably your lucky day as Jesy’s not the only one that’s contributed to the album. The girls have confirmed that Little Mix’s judges’ houses assistant Jessie J and rising pop phenomenon Jess Glynne both have writing credits on the album.
Jade just can’t stop the banter chat and added this about Ms Glynne: “A lot of the cheeky banter on the album comes from Jess Glynne, she’s one of the most fun people to be around.” Apparently, fans will “really like” the Jessie J song as well.
Little Mix very recently dropped their brand new single ‘Black Magic’, which will be the first to be lifted from the new album and, we’re not gonna lie, we think we’ve had a sip too many of the gallies’ secret potion as it’s the only song we’ve listened to since its’ premiere.
I agree the new @LittleMix single is one of their best. And the video is fantastic.

This summer Jesy, Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie will be hitting the road to promote ‘Black Magic’ and their upcoming album at some of the country’s biggest music events. First up, the girls will be taking to the Wembley Stadium stage as part of the line-up for Capital FM’s Summertime Ball on June 6, then the following day they’ll be headlining the annual Rays of Sunshine charity gig at London’s Royal Albert Hall. Then in July, the girls will be headlining Universal Music’s new Island Beats Live festival at Thorpe Park on July 17.
That’s it so far but expect more and more news to be arriving over the coming weeks and months. Keep your eyes peeled on Little Mix’s Maximum Pop! page to be the first to hear all the latest.
