There is no real “cure” for a mental health issue. Yes, you can get medical help, you can overcome the symptoms or challenge and be proactive about the triggers. Yes, you can come out of an “episode” and never fall into one again. But your mental health will continue to be better, or worse, throughout your life.
Most of you hardcore Lilly Singh fans will know that she struggled with depression, and it was one of the reasons she started her YouTube channel. And we have been BLESSED by her online presence ever since.
