OMG It’s official! Lauren Jauregui is releasing solo music and we are SHOOK

We knew this day would come.

Ever since Camila came out with ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’, we suspected that Lauren and the other 5H girls would be working on solo material.

So it’s with both a heavy heart and nail-biting anticipation that we announce that Lauren Jauregui will, without a shadow of a doubt, be releasing solo music.

This Friday…

We are shook to the core.

Lauren had already been spotted in the studio with The Rascals, Ljay Currie and Tim Suby so we suspected something was up, but we just didn’t see this one coming.

QUIZ: What % Lauren Jauregui are you?

This is the most inspirational thing Lauren Jauregui has ever done!

This post appeared on Lauren Jauregui’s Twitter account 24 hours ago:

Now Lauren’s collaborators, Marian Hill, have posted a clip of the song with the single’s artwork and announced that it would be released THIS FRIDAY! We just aren’t emotionally prepared. What do we do? We’re running around like headless chickens.

Listen to a clip of the song here:

But who the hell are Marian Hill?

They are a US duo formed by singer Samantha Gongol and producer Jeremy Lloyd. Their name comes from the characters, Marian Paroo and Harold Hill, from ‘The Music Man’. They released their debut album ‘Act One’ this summer.

Fans are literally going insane over the announcement. Just check out some of these cute AF reactions:
