Justin Bieber just announced that his ‘Purpose’ tour will be heading to the UK, which we are super excited about, but his VIP ticket prices…not so much. Justin has two meet and greet options, one being £608 and the other being £1325. The more expensive is an individual picture, but both are slight outrageous.
There are plenty of things you can buy for that kind of money, so we complied a list of the 8 silliest, and most random things you could buy with all the money you saved not buying a JB M&G:
- 24ft Inflatable Water Park
Courtesy of Amazon UK, you can buy a fully inflatable water park equipped with TWO slides for all those warm London days… For only about £1200 all together, two of these would still cost less than a Justin VIP. Summer fun for everyone!
2. 100 Boxes of Twinkies
For the low price of £695, move over Justin Bieber! We found something that will last us a lifetime…literally.
3. 1950’s Ceramic Pirate
You can always count on Etsy for some hip, and cool gifts, but this tattooed pirate? Not on our Christmas list. However, this is still cheaper than a VIP ticket, so go nuts.
4. 1000 One Direction Key Chains
With the amount of money one picture with the Biebs would cost, we could gift 1000 MP!ers a 1D keychain for the holidays! What do you think?
5. 20 Square Feet of Land in Ireland
Here’s a unique one, you could own a small piece of Ireland for only £1000, which is still less than what Justin is asking for. (It comes with a deed and directions, too!)
6. 2 Nights in Tree House in Costa Rica
That’s right, get your suitcases packed because for the same price as a JB meet and greet (for 30 seconds), you and 4 friends could be off to Costa Rica to stay in a tree house for 2 whole nights, for almost £400 less than a selfie.
7. A Prop from ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’
Fancy Johnny Depp? You can get an authentic pen used in the movie via Amazon for only £727. Sign us up!
8. 5300 Toffee Crisp’s
They’re on offer at the moment in Sainsbury’s if you buy a pack of 4, may as well treat yourself.
Well, we’re sorry Justin, but we have other things to do with our hard earned money…maybe. What do you think about these ticket prices? Share your thoughts with us over at @maximumpop
