James Bay to release the official Sport Relief single, ‘Running.’ And we have the video!

This weekend is dedicated to Sport Relief and James Bay is the artist set to release this year’s official single, to raise money for the charity. The Brit award winner wrote and produced the track himself and recorded it live in Abbey Road Studios.

Speaking about the single, James said: “I was very proud to be asked by Comic Relief to release ‘Running’ as the official Sport Relief single and it was such a great experience to record this special version live from Abbey Road Studios. This song is one that is very close to my heart and it feels like the perfect fit to release it with Sport Relief.”

“Having been given the opportunity to see first-hand where the money raised for Sport Relief goes, I am very proud to be working with the charity to help raise money for people living incredibly tough lives both here at home in the UK and across the world’s poorest communities.”

You can also catch James on the Sport Relief show tonight on BBC One.
