Alarm Pop: X Factor fittie Jake Quickenden launches debut single ‘I Want You’.

Arguably the most beautiful boy to come from The X Factor this year returns with his debut single – the first to be lifted from his EP, released later this year. The track is called ‘I Want You’ and it’s a sizzling summer dance track.

Jake – who also came second in last year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! – has unveiled the track, which is an infusion of classic disco with modern pop sensibility. The single takes inspiration from Nile Rodgers and Bruno Mars.

Speaking of the track, Jake says:  “What I love the most is that throughout the last two years it has been the public who have fuelled a career for me. They voted on the X Factor and they voted for me on I’m a Celebrity. Now they are still in my corner. They’ve enabled me to live the dream, to make those promises I made to those important people in my life come true and I am so grateful. I’ve had near to one hundred jobs, sacked from most, but the love has always been music.”

The music’s great, but we’d still like photoshoots like this please:
