Breakouts? Nappy rash cream will give you perfect skin apparently

Beauty vlogger Farah Dhukai, known for rubbing onions on her brows and using Listerine to battle dandruff, is back with another crazy DIY hack to solve our beauty probs.

This time, she’s suggesting using nappy rash cream as an acne antidote. Er, come again? It may sound weird, but the theory behind it is actually quite clever.

☠BEST ACNE KILLER MASK!☠ 👶🏾DIAPER RASH CREAM! #iaintsorry🍋 🖖🏾Diaper Rash cream contains ZINC oxide which is an acne KILLER!🔪Especially if you have hormonal/cystic acne🎊 🎈The diaper rash cream that im using also has calendula in it – which is an anti-inflammitory, so if youre acne is red and inflamed, itll sooth it I am using weleda diaper rash cream TO USE: ❣Apply as a spot treatment to all your acne spots, let it dry and go to bed. Wash off in morning OR ❣you can apply this all over your face as a night time sleeping mask and wash off in the morning. 😝Your face will be as smooth as a babies butt *disclaimer – if you have sensitive skin, do a test patch first* Thanks to @champagnepapi for the cameo 😊 Disclaimer: As with any skin care regimen, always do a test patch first to see if your skin is allergic to any of the ingredients. Everyone's skin is different, so result can vary from person to person. I can not vouch for any substitute ingredients. This post is provided for information and educational purposes. It is not designed or intended to constitute medical advice. Please discontinue use if your skin does not react well to the regimen. #hudabeauty #vegas_nay #wakeupandmakeup #brian_champagne #makegirlzvid #makegirlz#hairmakeupdiary#talkthatmakeup#melformakeup #laurag_143 #makeupcoach #diy #diyvideo #easyremedies

In the video, Farah uses nappy rash cream as a face mask to eliminate those pesky spots, explaining that the zinc oxide within the product has anti-inflammatory properties and calms down hormonal and cystic acne.

Who would’ve thought? We’ll definitely be trying out this trick so we can be as smooth as a baby’s bum – literally.
