Guys, we need to make sure Halsey’s ‘Now or Never’ ends up on a cool vibey Spotify playlist

By request from Queen H herself

Halsey‘s ‘hopeless fountain kingdom’ is officially open for business with the new video for ‘Now or Never’ being released last night. The epic video is reminiscent of ‘Romeo and Juliet’ and also marks Halsey’s directorial debut which begs the question, “Is there anything Halsey can’t do?”

When discussing the video Halsey had this to say:

“The video for ‘Now Or Never’ (my directorial debut!) is one part in the center of a long narrative that tells the story of two people in love despite the forces trying to keep them apart. On its own the song is about two impatient young lovers, but in the context of the hopeless fountain kingdom universe, the stakes are much higher for these two star-crossed lovers.”

Halsey just made her fans cry by doing the sneakiest thing!

We wrote a fairytale about Halsey’s ‘hopeless fountain kingdom’ and the conclusion is “Don’t f**k with Halsey”

To time in with the single release, Halsey has also dropped some juicy tidbits about the album which we are lapping up like cheshire cats:

We’re now counting down the days until 2nd June when Halsey‘s album ‘hopeless fountain kingdom’ comes out. It’s going to be the soundtrack to our summer. But before that, as Halsey fans, we have a job to do. Halsey wants ‘Now or Never’ to be on a vibey Spotify playlist like it deserves.

We can do our part to make that a reality. Halsey fans arise and tweet @Spotify to request they add ‘Now or Never’ to their playlists. To every playlist! And make sure to include us in the tweet @maximumpop and we’ll retweet.
