Dove Cameron has helped so many fans this week by sharing some much appreciated mental health tips on Instagram.

In a lengthy screen-cap, Dove offered advice to her follows on how to combat sadness and told them what to do when they’re feeling down. Just a few of her tips included crying, as it releases stress hormones, as well as talking to people and holding eye contact.
