YAAAAAS! ANGRY LOL AWWW

Did Ed Sheeran just reveal EXACTLY when Taylor Swift’s album will be released?

Thank god for Ed and his big mouth

Today is a massive day for the world.

Ed Sheeran has finally dropped his long awaited sophomore album ‘÷’ and we WILL have it on repeat until our ears start to bleed.

In an interview with the BBC, Ed revealed details about ‘÷’ and he mentioned why he chose to release his album in March, which is not traditionally a time when record labels would release such a high profile album:

“Everyone I was scared of releasing albums around me released them all last year—people like Beyoncé and The Weeknd and Bruno Mars.Taylor isn’t going to be releasing until probably the end of this year—Christmas is the smartest time to release because that’s when everyone buys records. So I’ve got a full year of just all Ed, all the time.”

Excuse me, what?

Taylor has been on hiatus since the release of her Grammy winning album ‘1989’ in October 2014, save from a sultry AF collab with Zayn. But we have been dying for new music from the ‘Shake It Off’ megababe.

But she has literally been dropping no hints. It’s been slim pickings for us Swifties, so thank god for Ed Sheeran tbh.

It would make sense for Taylor to release her album at the end of the year. She clearly doesn’t have anything immediate in the world’s as evidenced by what she said at her ONE concert of the year last month.

Ed and Taylor are super close so we reckon if anyone has the scoop on her plans, it’s him.

Can you wait until the end of the year for new music from Taylor?

What do you think?
