Diana Vickers Reviews Icona Pop, The Wanted, Robin Thicke, Miley Cyrus and herself!

Here at MP! Towers, we love ALL things pop! It’s very hard for us to say “NO” to a pop song. Sometimes we ask for your help, in the form of ‘Download Or Ditch’ and sometimes we draft in the help of some pop professionals. That’s exactly what we did today!

We had some big songs to review so we had to call in the big guns! Who better to review some of our quirky pop songs than Diana Vickers! Here’s what D-Vix had to say:

Blurred Lines- Robin Thicke (feat. Pharrell and TI)

I really love it. It’s really cool. Robin Thicke’s voice is just sooo sexy. It’s a great pop song with lots of sass. I loved it the minute I heard it. The video is great too and fits the song perfectly. It’s an exciting song.

I Love It- Icona Pop (feat. Charli XCX)

This is a really catchy pop song. The voices are just so unsual. It makes you just want to yell it and sing along. It’s great because it’s commercial AND edgy.

Walks like Rihanna- The Wanted

I know it but it’s not my cup of tea. Sorry!

We Can’t Stop- Miley Cyrus

I do love this song! It was so unexpected. I wasn’t really a fan of Miley and not too familiar with her songs before this. I’m loving the new image and I’m so obsessed with this song. It’s cool and sexy.

Cinderella- Diana Vickers

I just think it’s a really good upbeat pop song. It’s really 80s inspired. I could have gone a lot more 80’s with it but I pulled it back. It’s a song about a modern day fairytale that just really makes you want to get up and dance.

We certainly love getting up and dancing to ‘Cinderella’ and we’re sure you do too! Diana’s catchy new single ‘Cinderella’ is out NOW through So Recordings! Get out there and buy it and if you’re still not convinced, here’s the vid for ‘Cinderella’:
