Cheryl abandons US comeback plans. POP BITS.

It’s fair to say that Queen Chezza has been through the ringer these past few years – fresh from her success on the UK X Factor, she experienced a bit of a humiliating cut from the judges panel of the US X Factor and suffered a bit of a setback in her American dreams.

Fortunately the ‘Call My Name’ songstrel recovered with a solid pop album ‘A Million Lights’ and has since regained her future footing – but it seems those American dreams have been put on hold. Permanently. Ms Cole has reportedly told people that she doesn’t have a desire to try and crack America anymore, with her ¬†close mate stepping down as her American manager.

We’re not too sad that this has happened – let’s face it, more Cheryl in the UK means more chances of her knocking a few more albums out a bit quicker – but it’s a shame she couldn’t have had a mild Jessie J-esque hit in the States. Ah, well. Better luck next time, Chezza. POP BITS OUT.
