Some people find it hard to make friends. Fear of rejection or humiliation can make a simple action like walking up to someone and starting a conversation one of the scariest things in the world. What if they just ignore you? What if you make a joke and no-one laughs? So many what ifs?
But, it seems that some people don’t share these worries. For some people, making friends is the most natural thing in the world. It seems that Camila Cabello is one of these people.
Obviously, we all know about Camila’s all-conquering friendship with Shawn Mendes. We’ve shipped them hard enough and listened to ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ enough times. Meanwhile, we can’t even do a group project with our BFF without starting World War Three.
Despite their busy pop star schedules the pair were reunited earlier this year and took the most adorable selfie. It’s complete #goals tbh.
But the list of Camila’s pop star friends just keeps growing and growing. Obviously her and Machine Gun Kelly are on great terms, with their joint single ‘Bad Things’ smashing the charts all around the world. When they came to the UK together we saw how strong their banter was and you know how much we love banter. Banter is what we live for.
Not to forget her current singles, ‘Love Incredible’ with Cashmere Cat and ‘Hey Ma’ with Pitbull and J Balvin, the latter having already torn up the latin charts worldwide since its release. Tbh, it’s safe to say Mila has a lot of friends in high places. DALE!
QUIZ: Who said it – The Queen or Camila Cabello?
13 perfect thoughts Camila Cabello has had about food which make us hangry AF
It recently surfaced that she had recorded a demo of The Chainsmokers ‘Closer’, one of the biggest hits of last year. Although the feature eventually went to Halsey, it does mean that Mila could be in line for a big collab with the hottest production duo in the world right now. How good would that be? Very, is the answer to that question.
Anyone else would be content with that, but Mila has literally been on a banter spree on Twitter over the past couple of days with half the music industry, which is getting us incredibly buzzed for her forthcoming debut album.
She recently made a new BFF in producer Zedd when she performed at his ACLU Fundraiser Concert. Another mate in the bag!
thank you @ACLU and @Zedd for a beautiful night. love only 🌎🌍🌏❤

In a recent interview with Billboard Major Lazer also revealed that they had made over 20 songs with Camila Cabello, which is no surprise to serious Harmonizers seeing that they have been hanging since last April. Diplo also revealed that one of the songs could be coming out this year, perhaps it could be the lead single from #CC1?
Mila is so close with the production trio that she recently described them as her “fam” in a tweet. She must have one of the biggest families in the world by now!

But what has us most excited right now is that Mila is working with none other than OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder and it looks like they’re pretty far along. Maybe not 20 songs far along, but we’ll accept one strong banger thank you very much. Ryan Tedder is famous for having written global smashes for some of the biggest artists in the world, including Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Ellie Goulding, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Ella Henderson, Leona Lewis and Beyonce. This could be something wonderful.

Show us one pop star who has more friends that Camila Cabello and we’ll buy you a Mars bar. We’re so confident that we’ll even offer one of those big duo bars. Bring it on!
