Oh yes, RandomHouse are doing us a solid. And we literally cannot wait. The writers confirmed and matched with their superhero are: Leigh Bardugo (Wonder Woman), Marie Lu (Batman), Mat de la Pena (Superman) and Sarah J. Maas (Catwoman).

Yes, yes, yes. Jerry Spinelli’s book ‘Stargirl’ is hitting the big screen and we now know the names of the two lucky actors taking the lead parts. Charlie Plummer and Joey King will bring the story to life IRL for us.

Meg Rosoff wins Astrid Lingren Award

The beloved author of many YA titles including ‘How I Live Now’ and Picture Me Now’ has won one of the biggest Children’s and YA literature prizes. With a whopping £423k in prize money she topped other renowned others longlisted including Patrick Ness and Jacqueline Wilson.

Faber Children’s sign three more books from Emma Carroll

Yes, Carroll fans, rejoice. Faber have had her put pen to paper and will be publishing three more titles from her including ‘Strange Star’ to be released this July. You can read more about this here.
