Banks unveils gorgeous ‘Beggin’ For Thread’ video.

Gloom pop goddess Banks is back with a new single and an amazing new video to boot. ‘Beggin’ For Thread’ is the singer songwriter’s catchiest, most radio friendly track to date but it still has that dark edge we’ve come to expect, with deep, booming synth bass and haunting vocals about a no good male. Obviously.

“Still down and out, you got me beggin’ for thread / to sow this hole up that you ripped in my head”. Ouch.

The beautifully shot black and white video for the track sees the ‘Waiting Game’ singer looking moody and glamourous (our favourite combination) in a long black dress and perfectly coiffed hair as she is apprehended by lots of bendy dancers in slow motion. Oh, and a huge white horse makes a cameo appearance somewhere towards the end.

We can only hope this may spearhead a trend for more horses in pop videos. *crosses fingers*
